RFQ study for BIW dies development
Preparation of Die Development Schedule, ECN (Engineering Change Note) management
Complete involvement in Die static & Dynamic Buy off with customers and their suppliers till die dispatch and commissioning.
Organizing joint activities with customer such as Pattern Inspection, Checking fixture Inspection, Panel Inspection, Die buy-off, commissioning.
Project Execution from RFQ stage till commissioning of the dies at customer
Conducting weekly buffer recovery meeting to meet 100 % Due Date Performance, Resource Management, CNC subcontracting, vendor development, Weekly Load review
Part of Internal as well as customer die design reviews and approval, component approval, Fixture design and validation at vendors.
Sub contracting decisions for heavy duty machining as well as feeding chain tasks w.r.t. L:C i.e. Load vs. Capacity ratio.
Study of Longest Chain Completion vs. Buffer consumption ratio and take actions such as outsourcing, process changes etc.
Issue resolution and problem solving for moving projects towards critical chain completion.
Weekly presentation to Top Management for each delayed projects with recovery actions implemented in concerto critical chain to achieve 100% due date performance.
Daily meeting with Press Tool assembly for T-0 and Post Trial Corrections activities and weekly status updates of Projects to Customers using thread charts or respective formats provided by customers with photographs.

Project Management
Managing all activities from project planning to its successful execution within the stipulated time and cost parameters which involve preparing network in MS projects for enquiries forwarded by Marketing and provide proposed timeline for die development projects w.r.t. available resources and current load
Estimating resource requirements, procurement of material and spares from vendors, negotiating commercial and delivery terms with suppliers, conducting regular quality audits.
Preparation of accurate network after BOM release & process planning assigning appropriate task managers and resource units.
