Work involvement includes entire technical activity as well Machinery maintenance of entire plant, which includes Assembly, Components, Warehouse, Dispatch, Engineering Workshop and Recycling.
Plant Machinery Maintenance team is under direct control and effectively utilized man power as well the Parts utilization.

Shifted and Re-installed approx. 35 machines within the Factory, since we
decided to re-locate all the machines in the 3rd Factory to our main prime
plane. The Shifted machines, including the 650T Injection Moulding machine
of single piece weighing 33 Tons as well the 3- layer Extruder Film Plant
along with Blow machines, PET Stretch Blow, Film Extruders, bag making and Injection Moulding machines.
All the shifting work has been done without affecting more of our production
schedule, and without any of small damages and started all the machine within the record time, by providing entire new Electrical Cabling, Water piping, Air Piping.
The above entire work has been done, only with our own Factory workers single handedly. The work has been extensively appreciated by entire higher management.
Visited Plastipack Africa, Exhibition at Durban-South Africa to gain knowledge of latest technology machines.

Got Appreciation from our principals and customer M/s.Bammo Polymers – Pollachi, INDIA on solving the peculiar problem in the Bigger newly supplied machine by changing wrongly sent 220V three Phase machine to 415V three phase by changing entire control wirings single handedly without help of our Principals.
