Joined in Yodeva Plastics Pvt. Ltd. As a Production Manager and got two promotions as a Manager Operations and General Manager Operations over a Period of 15 years till September 2002
Directly involved with organizations like Proctor & Gamble, Amway India Enterprises, John & Johnson Etc, as a FPR ( First Person Responsible ).
Involved with Blow & Injection mouldings, erections of Powder and Liquid Filling lines for Recket & Colman India Ltd. Oil filling Lines for Marico industries and stamping units of Mosquito coils for both Recket and Jyothi laboratories

In September 2002, joined with Vardhman Plastochem Pvt Ltd. As a General Manager At Daman. Served upto August 04 and as a General Manager at Hyderabad.
