Production Planning & control:
Planning day –to-day activities, production schedules, implementing 5 s tools and allocating work for achieving of monthly production targets of various blow molding & injection machines.
Preparing production plan for production department (Material mixing, mold ) as per customer requirement.
Monitoring production entailing daily mold change, color change, mold insert change, keeping control over activities and analyzing processes for stabilization thereby ensuring smooth operations.
Coordinating with sales & marketing dept and providing feedback on market requirements to initiate new product development.
Planning of prime plastics raw material & forwarding it to centralize procurement department after approval from general manager HO.

Process Engineering:
Planning raw material for preheating for subsequent production with process parameter adjustment during mass production. Interaction with QA during quality issues with all molds prior mold change.
Preparing mold for repair and follow up all activities with tool room with car-corrective action request for repair of moulds like mold testing prior to mass production and approval.
Handling various resins for injection & Blow molding.
Setting up production parameter for various molded products.
Preparing reports entailing daily production state reports material scrap & weekly machine productivity reports.

Alternate Sourcing Vendor Development:
Identifying & developing cost effective vendor/supplier base for cost effective procurement of, spares and consumables.
Working in close coordination with vendors for detailing them on quality requirements and finalizing the quality plan. Developing alternate vendor sources for cost-effective procurement & optimizing inventory hold up.

Improvement in Process to increase profit:
By Understanding the end use of the product by the customer weights of several products were reduced up to 11-12% using same material.

Cost Saving Initiatives:
Reviewed post molding operation in plant & trained casual employee to get the work done, thus replaced permanent employee & used them for other better & skill job.
