Build and agree with the Management the operational cost budgets for Finished Product Packaging and transportation(distribution) network all over the country
Review monthly costs & service level deliveries with Regions and as well as with Consignment Service Agent (CSA)
Actively manage operational expenses to ensure that the cost of operations and the transportation are within the budgets
Ensure SCM processes are effectively deployed
Monitor the service levels and other supply chain SOPs on a continuous basis, and effect corrective actions to enhance levels of performance.

Aims to control the movement of storage materials within Warehouse and process. The system also direct and optimize stock put away based on real time information about the status of bin utilization. The effort is to maintain the essence of good warehousing by maintaining flow of product by adopting several Technologies.
Responsible for dispatch of approximately 75 Kilotons of solid polymer per month to about 4000 Customers all over India mostly through Consignment Selling Agent(CSA).
In addition to the above also responsible for loading and shipping of about 5 to 10 Kilotons of Polymer for overseas customers through containers, sea bulk loading, etc. The bottom line of the above two is to ensure delivery without a single customer complain and also by maintaining high standard of Company’s Health Safety and Environment Policy (HSEF).
Responsible for successful idea generation and implementation of Terminal Automation System (TAS), Filling Advice Note(FAN) based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) on Liquid product handling. Have fair idea about Movement Automation System(MAS).
