Job Profile:
Responsible for vendor quality management activities of all varroc plants,
Guiding & preparing suppliers for "ZERO DEFECT" supplies by implementing TPM, Kaizens & Strengthening of Final Inspection activities at supplier end.
To suggest appropriate Poka-Yoke's for reducing the rejection/rework at vendor end by auditing regularly, & to monitor month wise VQR. (Vendor Quality Ratings),
