Previously the production people used to set the job on printing machine with good (bare) material and setting wastage was up to 10-15 kg amounting to around Rs. 1200-1500 per job. I started using Pre printed web from reverse side for setting the job up to shade matching level before starting bare material thereby reducing the cost of setting by RS.1200-1500 with an average two job changeovers /day. Results: Up to Rs.90, 000 per month saving on job setting cost.

Increased the production by 30 % by optimum utilization of machine and man power and by scientific approach to problem solutions.
