Job Description

Candidate having knowledge in plastic raw material like ABS, POM, Nylon 6 & 66, PMMA, PPS.
1.Must be a highly motivated senior sales professional with an outstanding proven record of success in the selling environment, with a strong empathy for people and exceptional leadership skills.
2.Would be responsible for
a)Managing & Developing business in the Plastics & Rubber Segment & Allied Industries - Pan India
b)Running the SBU as a profit centre.
c)Strategizing, Budgeting on Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly basis.
d)Profit optimization & analyse the profit making products for strong marketing activities.
e)Overall management of entire Business Development, Sales & Marketing, geographical market mapping and planning, Inventory sales.
f)Identifying & developing new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers in Plastic industry.
3.Engage into Product development and contributing to pricing policy discussions
4.To identify & source new supplier partners (essentially overseas mfgrs).
5.Represent our product portfolio in the Indian Market & to the Supplier Partner with great diligence.
6.Should be able to understand data and analyse the same to increase our Business share in the Market.
7.Optimum utilisation of resources. (Human Resources, assets, infrastructure etc.)
8.Participate in exhibition and industrial events.
9.Team & People Management
a)Effectively guide, direct and control the team and its activities PAN India
b)Together with the sales teams define strategies and translate it into a definite sales strategy and objectives, in order to set the direction that the sales business will take.
c)Work very closely with the team for ensuring individual and team targets are met
d)Developing team members to the next upper level.
e)Conducting timely reviews with management & team members of sales and marketing activities, periodically.
f)Carrying out timely performance evaluation of the team members.
g)Make the team follow processes, systems and guidelines
