During the beginning of my tenure, I had privilege of taking the challenge of new expansion by adding lot of new Extrusion, Blow Molding & Injection Molding Machines.

I had to undertake a multi-layered job for them (Stationed in India).
It meant that I was the field person under remote control and had to take technical & commercial decision on the spot while working in India
