Producing the first 1000 machines & monitoring their performance with the Service Dept & Marketing Dept.
I was deputed to the collaborators works in Japan number of times for deciding various models of Washing Machines required by Indian Market & documenting the BOM requirement for the same.
Guiding the Design Dept for the particular selected model & engineering it for Indian Manufacture.
I was selected as the one for Deputation in European Countries for studying the new product known as Dishwasher.
A technology was located in Italy & the total factory was shifted to India after properly dismantling it with all engineering documentation & tooling
After receipt of the project in India I was made the Head Operations for the Dishwasher & the total project was handed over to me for establishing the facilities for manufacturing.
The same was carried out successfully & a batch of 2000 machines was manufactured & marketed successfully across the country & overseas also under buy back with the collaborator.
The plant was abandoned in October 99 for Taxation Purpose & I was transferred to Service Department on Promotion
