To give on gob training of junior level people-i.e. blending of raw material, to measure dimension property, test method, maintenance of vacuum pump, water pump, a.c. /d.c. panel & motor, electrical panel, etc.
To analyze work study by location of job i.e.to five Dept. of HOD i.e. production, purchase, QC/QA, maintenance, stores & dispatch.

SEPTEMBER 2004: Project execution and implementation of HDPE/ PP pipe plant WINDSOR MACHINE Ahmedabad LX - 90G Extruder having capacity 110mmTO 630mmDIA.i.e designing of die from 110mmto 630mm dia of varies pressure, Vacuum tank VST-630, Water tank WST-630, Electrical control panel & Logic control panel.
NOVEMBER 2004 - As Management Representative of organization to carry out study and implementation of ISO9001:2000, ISO:14000:2004, IS:4984:95, IS:14333:96, IS :14151:99

DECEMBER 2005 - Taking part in various big project i.e. designing &erection of piping systems UHDE -BOMBAY, L&T-CHENNAI, RAMKY INFRACTURE -VIZAG, ALOK-VAPI, WELSPUNE-VAPI
JANUARY 2006 - Attending various seminar on product development, housing -5 s, leadership, LA-auditor, awareness of ISO study, energy saving system.
NOVEMBER -2006 - Visit to CHINA for searching extrusion different product /down accessories of machine to achieve reliability and durability of products.
JANUARY 2007- Design of tools to facilitate high production rate with respect to cost profile dies
MARCH 2007- Produce first time in India for manufacturing PVDF pipe having rang of 20mm to 160mm to withstand satisfactory in international market.

PVDF Pipe (poiyvinylidene fluoride)
I am working on high profile project with regards to manufacturing of PVDF pipe in India, we are the first manufacturing of PVDF pipe with joint technical guidance of "ARKEMA " groups of company which are leading manufacturing of PVDF raw materials based on USA, FRANCE, JAPAN of brand name each KYNAR. we had tried different grades of raw material i.e. KYNAR-740, KYNAR-720, KYNAR-2850, KYNAR-2800, KYNAR-420 & also we produce PVDF pipe from 20mm to 160mmdiaof different pressure rating. In this project I had design die, core, size, screw design, heating panel &processing idea to facilitate for extrusion of PVDF pipes.
HIGH IMPACT POLYSTYRENE:-
This used as core pipe for packaging purpose because it give very high dimensional stability to facility for winding of thin film.
To be a noted production engineer, to give a contribution in production field by embracing a challenging job and to employ my proficiency towards advancement of the firm and my career.
