In Nigeria I was with Papilon Industries taking care of their new projects & maintenance of injection moulding machines. I was working with PAPILON INDUSTRIES, LAGOS, NIGERIA as Production and maintenance Manager upto March 1999.
In Tanzania I have worked for Ladha Industries which was a SICK UNIT having seven injection moulding machines of MIR, Sandratto the Italian manufacturer, two of blow molding and a blown film line.
After two years the management decided to close down the plastics division for shortage of funds came back to India.
In Kenya I was working with General Plastics, Nairobi looking after production as well as maintenance of injection moulding machines from Sumitomo, Engel, Windsor (FR series), Dr.Boy, Husky, Siedel etc.
On our Husky machine which was producing PET PREFORMS (48 cavity mould), rectified the problem of INPUT card in the Siemens PLC after diagnosis. Also the on the ROBOT system fitted on the machine END position sensor was working erratically, identified the problem & rectified by replacing the sensor.
After one year & two months came on annual vacation & did not join again due to family problems with the permission of the Director.
Hence in India I started working with MOOG, India as their Value Added Reseller.
During that tenure of one year (Contract) I have carried out the retro-fitment of MOOG PLC on five FR series machine which was supplied by Klockner Windsor, in General plastics, Nairobi.

Dr. Boy, Germany: Injection molding machine manufacturer of 12 to 80 T machines.
I have given service support to many Indian customers as well as carried out the installation & commissioning of the machine in India.
Gruppo Colines, Italy: Manufacturer of cast film, air bubble film, PVC gasket plant, etc. I have installed & commissioned the air bubble film line in Sonar Industries, Ahmedabad, Supreme Industries, Gwalieor.
During PLASTINDIA 97 handled the Dr. Boy stall successfully as a part of the sales support activity and after completion of PLASTINDIA, visited to Bangkok, Thailand in March 97 to give service support to Ms. Remu, Italy during the installation & commissioning of seven injection moulding machines.
