and metrics as per Food Safety Management system to cover all Processes in the Value Chain.
Responsibilities to implement and maintain the QMS & FSMS certification in accordance with ISO 9001:2015,
FSSC 22000 v5.1& BRC GS for Packaging Materials Issue 6, AIB, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, IS 14887.

auditing, regulatory intelligence, documentation control, change control, training, various test reports and CAPA

Co-ordinate with an external lab to perform product testing for the compliance of regulations/audit like, Load
Testing, UN Testing & other tests as per the requirement of customer.
Co-ordinate with Pest control agency to ensure that frequency of pest control is followed & maintained; also
ensure that all MSDS of pest control chemicals and catch frequency of pests are maintained.

HANDLING CUSTOMER COMPLAINT & MIS
Analyzing customer complaints & preparing 5 why, 8D reports for closure for the complaints.
Release of the weekly/Monthly MIS reports sharing performances, trends & present conclusion that can be
acted upon for driving improvements in processes.
Trending & analysis of key defect trends & giving timely inputs to hierarchy
Collect & maintain data for monitoring & measuring process performance against defined norms & Initiate
necessary corrective and preventive action as per the requirement.
Assist business unit develop a common quality toolbox including TQM, 5-Why, Brainstorming, fish-bone, SPC,
Sigma, DOE & other such quality improvement techniques.
