Job Description

End to End Payroll processing for 1000 + employees with accuracy and time.
End to end payroll processing and Personnel Records Management of the Company, including payment of PF, ESIS, MLWF dues.
Attending Statutory Audits like PF, ESIS, MLW etc.
Liasoning with the Government Offices of PF, ESIS and Labour Consultant as and when required.
TDS Calculation and deductions, Employee expenses incentives and reimbursement release and other work related with the payroll.
Generating Form 16 and release to the employees.
F & F processing and release of F & F amount.

Done PG Degree / Diploma in Labour Laws or Personnel Management. (PGDM - HR, MBA - HR,or MSW or DLL)
Excellent working Knowledge of Labour Laws
Excellent hands on experience in Salary processing single handedly. (Must have knowledge of Advance Excel)
Good knowledge of Statutory Laws like PF Act, ESIS Act, Bonus Act, Maternity Act, Gratuity Act etc.
Good experience in liasoning with the Government Officials.
Good experience in handling Internal & External Audits.
Good in payroll software, Advance Excel, Tally ERP.
Generating MIS Reports and submitting to the authorities within the schedule.
