Have knowledge in handling various Extrusion Ejection Blow moulding Machines,processing of HDPE drums.
Maintaining electrical and electronic Circuit like PLC, improve the power factor stability,troubleshooting the electrical problems related to machines.
Have also knowledge in various hydraulic circuits and hydraulic valves.
Assembly of new extrusion blow moulding machines includes both the Electrical as well as Mechanical .
Prepares the monthly operating plans based on the established priorities,availability or capacity of workers,parts,materials, machines, and equipment.

Ensure team has absolute clarity on the SOPs,Process Control norms and Safety.
