Job profile-
Was leading the members of mould change team to get their maximum output in order to minimize the mould change time.
Monitoring the scrap generation and its source to minimize as well as to reuse it.
Co-ordinate with the planning dept. to minimize the no. of mould changes in order to reduce losses as well scrap generation.
Involve with the maintenance Dept. to minimize m/c breakdowns to achieve maximum efficiency. And also about preventive maintenance of the machines.
Co-ordinate with QA regarding dispatches plan and any quality issue with the running components.

MATERIALS PROCESSED:-Different grades of commodity Plastics: HDPE, PP, LLDPE, LDPE

MACHINES AND EQUIPMENTS HNDLED:-
(1)L & T:-From100 tons to 450 tons.(including Ergotech series)
(2)Ferromatic Milacron:
From100 tons to 660 tons.(hydraulic, toggle & locknut systems of series like Sigma, Omega, Magna, Maxima and Hydron
k-Tec(Horizontal rotating core with two injection units): This m/c is made by Ferromatic Milacron Europe by which bi layer components can be moulded which is having two cavity halves and one rotating core. Components moulded in this m/c are Emami MPB top, Boroplus cap, Zandu balm Jar and cap, Panteen sampoo cap and Horlicks cap.
Auxiliary vertical injection unit(Milacron):-This is used for bi-layer(bicolour) components (e.g. Himalaya face wash tube caps, L’Orial, Emami Navratna oil cap and Dove shampoo caps) which operates in synchronisation with main unit
(3)Engel Victory 350T
(4)E-Multi:-A vertical auxiliary injection unit fitted above the cavity half of the mould for bi-colour Components which is made by the Moldmasters.
(5)Piovan, Tschritter and Prasad Koach-used for master batch dosing as well as central r/m conveying fro silo.
(6)Have experience in operating robot.

MOULDS HANDLED:-
Cube molds(horizontal rotating core) of Foboha for K Tec only
Turn table(vertical rotating core) for bi-color component
Core Back technology moulds used for bi-layer(bi-color) components
Hot runner multi-cavity (128 cavities) moulds of Husky, Mold-masters and PSG having pneumatic and hydraulic gate valve technology.
IMC technology for flip cap closing, e.g. Head and shoulder shampoo Cap, Panteen shampoo cap(bi-color)
Unscrewing cap moulds of both hot runner and cold runner three plate type, e.g. Harpic cap, SCJ Duck cap and Win cap.
