1)Handling ACP department i.e. 80+ Sales Executive, 19 Branch Offices & 200+Dealers all over India.
2)Assist to Director & Maintaining Weekly, Fortnight, Monthly Report, Depot Costing & Sales Costing.
3)Costing Analysis of all Branches & Sales Persons.
4)Call to all sales team on daily basis to know about their daily visits / purpose of visit / achievements if any (like any order booked or payment collected) / job completed etc. and filling up the information of daily visits in the sales format given to sales people for weekly presentation.
