Job Description

Marketing and Sales of plastic and rubber testing instruments. Involves a lot of travel.
Experience and knowledge in the following..
Melt Flow Index Testers.
Single Bore & Twin Bore Capillary Rheometers of 10, 20 and 50 KN models.
Pendulum Izod / Charpy / Tensile Impact Tester upto 50 J as per ASTM D 256, ISO 180, ISO 179, ISO 8256 etc.
Falling Weight Impact Tester / Drop Tower for Energy ranges upto 400 and 1800 J for tests as per ASTM D3763, ISO 6603-1-2, BOEING, AIRBUS standards, etc.,
HDT – VICAT Testers for temperature range upto 300 and 500 deg C (3 and 6 stations).
Sample Preparation Equipment like Die Punch, Notchcutter, Computer Controlled CNC Milling / Contour Cut Machine
Dynamic Mechanical Analyzers for analysis of viscoelastic properties of materials like composites, polymers etc., for force range from 25 N to 450 N and frequency range of 200 and 1000 Hz.
Test Specimen Moulds to be used with Injection Moulding Machine
Drying & Heating Ovens, Vacuum Drying Ovens etc.
Micro Compounder, Micro Injection Moulding Machine, Micro Cast Film Device, Micro Fibre Spinning Device
Accelerated UV Weathering and Xenon Arc Weathering Testers
Q Panel Test Substrates of various materials.
Salt Spray & Cyclic Corrosion Testers
Packaging Testing Equipment including OTR, WVTR, Tensile Tester, COF Tester, Film Thickness Tester, Tearing Tester, Adhesive Tester etc.
Gloss Meter, Color Reader and Colour Difference Meter
Energetic Materials Testing Equipment like BAM Fall Hammer, BAM Friction Tester, Vacuum Stability Tester, Abel Tester, Automatic Explosion Temperature Tester etc.
