Job Description

Minimum 5 years experience of working on injection moulding machines.
Should be mature enough to handle rountine matters independently.
Knowledge of blow moulding CMP machines shall be an added qualification.
Should have thorough knowledge of L&T and Electronica machines upto 150 Ton.
Should be computer literate.
Should be in the age group of 25 to 35years.
Efficient Operation with focus on waste & down time control preventive maintenance planning & scheduling of Injection moulding machines.
Daily Monitor the Productivity
Rejection Control
Manpower controlling
Production Planning
Quality Control
Hands on process parameters,
Basic problems of machines,
Maintain product quality as per standard.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Moulding Parameter setting
Mould setting
Basic Knowledge of Machine /Mould Maintenance
Rejection Analysis
Skills of solving process problems 
CIPET Qualified having thorough knowledge of injection molding and processing of plastics and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of mold maintenance will be added advantage Able to understand the process and maintain product quality as per standard Effectively communicate Resolution of Technical problems

About the Company SSP Plastipack Pvt. Ltd. Is located in Bawana Industrial Area an outskirts area  of Delhi. The company was established in 1993 as a proprietorship company and grown to current level. The present turn over of the company is approx. 10 crore and employs about 70-80 people. The company operates from two nearby locations. We manufacturer injection moulded and extrusion blow moulded products suitable for  cosmetics and pharma industries. Genearally we make HDPE Bottles, PP Bottles, Jars, containers, Caps and flip top caps. The product range includes shampoo bottle, telcum powder bottle, cream jars, bleach jars and moisurising lotion bottles.
