Job Description

Degree/Diploma holder in mechanical/ Electrical
engineering having about 5-7 years experience in
PVC/CPVC/PPR pipes & fittings.
Good knowledge of processing parameters and ability to
lead the entire shift in extrusion and injection moulding.
Experience in trouble shooting and inline maintenance.

About Company

We play a vital role in supplying PVC Pressure pipes manufactured according to the DIN 8061 / 62 standards.
All of our pipes are approved by the Ministry of Public Works according to the norms of the standards. These pipes are used mainly for irrigation, potable water supply, conveying chemical, etc.
They are produced by our high-tech twin screw pipe plant by using our own PVC Dry blend compounds. Our quality control personnel periodically check the dimensions as well as other properties and maintain a register for future reference in order to guarantee that the pipes are in 100% in accordance with the DIN 8061 standards.
After the production of the pipes, and depending on their intended application, whether it may be exclusively for pressure applications, or for semi pressure applications, the pipes are socketed in our belling machine. This process makes solvent type or rubber ring type grooves formations. They are then kept in a weather proof storage area and are separated into plain ended, rubber ring socketed, and solvent type socketed pipes to ease the handling and loading purposes.
