Full change over on the machine from Die head to blowpin include mould and line clearance before resuming the production.
Total troubleshooting of moulds for almost all kind of commonly faced problems such as flash in component, Line on parision,Mouth teer, water leakage in any mold etc.
Assisting the technical team for trouble shooting any kind of major or minor problems faced on the machines.
Looking after production and maintenance activities of the machines mentioned above.
