Job Description

Plan and allocate shift resources to meet production schedules.
Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of blow molding machines and processes.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the Maintenance team for resolution.
Lead the shift team, including supervisors and operators, to achieve production efficiency.
Review and maintain production and quality records during the shift.
Oversee shift handovers to ensure seamless transition and documentation.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and process standards.
Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
