Job Description

1] Should have compounding or masterbatch background

2] should have knowledge/ experience (of at least 5 years) of extrusion process and machinery ( especially masterbatch/fillers/compounds),

3) should be able to handle 60-70 workers in a shift.

3] Basic knowledge of computer ( word , excel, email ).

4] Basic machine maintenance knowledge.

5] Should have knowledge of ISO documentation & procedures to ensure consistent production quality

6] Should have knowledge to maintain machine process parameters to ensure consistent product quality

7] To generate the required reports and coordinate with the maintenance team for the various maintenance activities.

8] To plan the manning requirements, shift plans and guide the shift supervisors/operators in the operation of the Plant.

9] Responsibility of entire shift
