Production planning & Exection:
Executing production operations ranging form procurement of raw materials, input ingredients up to storage and dispatch of finished goods.
Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical specifications, tendering, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, testing, manpower planning. Material procurement & purchase planning of space parts, fabricated jobs & raw materials, ensuring continuous supply at optimum consumption.                                                       
Operations & Maintenance :-    
Planning & effective maintenance schedules  of various machinery and instrument to increase machine up time /equipment reliability; thereby accomplishing planned production targets within budget.
Greasing of tie bar, toggle link etc.
Checking of L.S., M/c Mould clamping bolt, emergency switch, rear & front gate L.S. panel board & air filter cleaning.
