Responsible for the overall functioning of the Quality Department.
Accountable for plant quality and New Product Development quality activities.
Ensure effective implementation of ISO 9000, & IATF 16949.
Active participation in timely localization & transfer of various projects from Germany to India, wrt time plan
vendor selection / testing & validation / tool trails at overseas locations, graining release etc activities.
Monitoring, failure analysis & implementation of actions in co-ordination with design team on BMG tests of
various air vents projects.
Manages vendors and suppliers on quality function and ensure timely vendor audits, support purchase function in
vendor development.
Find solutions to problem effectively, economically and implement and monitor the effectiveness.
Responsible for handling customer audits and customer complaints, liaising with customer’s auditors and ensuring
the execution of the corrective actions and compliance with customer specifications.
Visit to overseas customers e.g. Germany, Russia, Mexico & Czech Republic to attend quality meeting, QPNI

assembly lines,
To make I.P.O. (Input process Output) for injection moulding, surface treatment, and assembly process,
To ensure all process & parameters are as per defined specification/standard & also to check fixtures status on every stages.
To cross verify all FPA (First Piece Approval) on assembly lines,
To analyze failures during assembly and make observation report.
To prepare Layout Inspection Plan & MSA Plan.
To make Layout Inspection Report as per Layout Inspection Plan.
To conduct Statistical Process Control (SPC) study, Measurement System Analysis (MSA) as per SPC & MSA Plan,
