Job Description

To ensure proper maintenance of financial records

To handle service tax for both Factory and Head Office
To Liasion with Auditors and ensuring timely completion of the audit and obtaining Audit Reports
To handle Gratuity of the employees
To prepare quarterly Balance Sheet
To handle Income Tax scrutiny
To Prepare and consolidate monthly Bank reconciliations and other reconciliations
To organise adequate documents for Loans

Qualification as CA is Must.
Experience should be post qualification Mininum 5 yrs.
Worked in Listed Company is Must.
Must have worked under company more then 500 cr turnover.
Must have handle team of at least two.
Must have deal with Banks for financial purpose.
