Job Description

Responsible for OEE of the full plant consisting of about 50 injection molding machines and 4 blow molding machines and 1 injection stretch blow moulding machine.
Responsible for handling entire team of plant; production, maintenance –Approx 40 People plus 150 workers.
To maintain all existing systems in the plant as set in our Quality Management System(QMS).
In charge for improvements to reduce cycle time, increase efficiency and improve working of moulds.
Responsible for new mould validations.

Candidate should have full technical knowledge about injection molding & extrusion blow molding process. Also knowledge in servicing and maintenance of machines and moulds.
Product made are packaging products like flip top caps from high cavitations moulds and engineering components etc. Products are made to very tight tolerance, so a robust knowledge of quality systems, first part approval, in process inspection and an attention to detail are required.
Should have experience working with cold & hot runner moulds.
Should have experience with all kind of plastic material like PP,PC ,Nylon ,ABS etc.
