1.Receiving and raising requisition with the enquiry floating according to the PR for raw material as well as bought out material.
2.Getting techno commercial offer from vendor.
3.Proper Vendor selection.
4.Do a price comparison.
5.Negotiation with vendor& providing the material as per their priority. It also includes expediting of priority material.
