Job profile-
Communicate with customers relating the orders as per their requirement and putting same in production.
• Keeping follow-up till dispatch the job. • Giving dispatch dates as per material ready and working on DIFOT.
• Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
• Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
• Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
• Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products
• Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
• Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports

Daily Production Planning &Control
Load planning: Plan and optimize mixed loads taking into account transportation constraints
To plan the Jobs as the customer required date on the machines
To Co-ordinate with purchase to get RM on time
To do the scheduling on each workstation Printing / Lamination / Slitting / Pouching / Label Printing to utilize
All resources for highest output
To do Follow up with Production and Despatch for achieving the OTIF.
To communicate / Co ordinate with sales and prepare report / MIS daily/ weekly / monthly.
Sound knowledge on tools such as Axapta, ERP & MS office.
Aggregate Planning for the Month.
Allocate man & machine resources based on priority of schedules.
Comparing planned activities v/s actual output and finding out the deviations if any.
Knowledge of BRC-IOP and OHSAS (ISO 18001- 2004)
Establish production requirements for short and long term and to follow up production plans
Establish stock policies for Finished Goods & Periodically review the stock levels & take
necessary actions
