Education- B.Tech Plastic Technology/ CIPET Certified Dip. In Plastic Processing Technology
Any diploma / degree in plastic processing technology

Checking production quality :
Checking Raw material
Checking final product
Checking output during production (check each machine/hot mixer/cold mixer/air compressors/checking water level/gear boxes)
Checking granule shape/size/moisture level of masterbatches

Controlling Wastage
Controlling wastage
Maintain record of category of wastage (type I/II/III)

Production Supervision
Checking availability of raw material in mixer bag
Issuing order to store department for raw material

Reporting
Send reports on:
Daily Production status (Shift wise)
Wastage report with specific reason if any
Down time report with reason

FIBRE TUFF : It is a Replacement of Steel bars in Ground Supported Slabs in Concrete.
It is very cost effective than Steel Bars and increases the durability of Concrete by 7-10 years.

B-Secure Doors :By using sound manufacturing unit that is well-equipped with latest machinery, we have been able to manufacture the offered steel security doors as per the industry laid norms. For the purpose of protecting the different Commercial and Industrial establishments from theft and forced entry, the offered steel security doors are used.
