Job Profile:
Mainly handle Production planning & supply chain activities, execution as per plant target & SOP process in plant and lead to procurement of direct items.
Schedule Preparation as per Customer orders keeping plants capacity in view & sharing schedule with customer for delivery commitments.
Single point contact for customers as a centralize planner for 2 plants, & SCM activities for 3rd IMC Plant.
Preparing sales forecast report with PPC team(quarterly & monthly)& concrete plan to achieve forecast-ed value.
Coordinating with respective plant PPC persons , Guide them for correct work flow as per customer schedule requirements.
Have a wide experience in stock taking activity, Inventory Analysis by cost , space , age & considering future forecast of orders. Monitory of slow moving, non-moving & near expiry materials. Analyse and taking the action plan to liquidate inventory.
Coordinating & planning meetings with CFT team on regular basis , about new developments & bottlenecks in current job.
Prepare & update plant capacity reports on regular basis according to customer orders in hand , available machines & manpower. Also comparison reports of previous year utilization vs current year.
