Process - FIBC Assembly

To prepare daily production reports, cutting & wastage reports.
To cut the fabric as per customer specification with acceptable quality.
To create positive working environment & encourage team work.
To train cutting operators as per their development needs & upgrade skills of workers.
To manage and motivate contractor and look after him
To ensure safety and housekeeping
To ensure work is completed in given time frame
