Job Description

Process - Extrusion (Tape Plant)

Supervising the production process in Raffia Extrusion Plant (Tape Plant) for polymer processing.
Ensuring that production is as per schedule and targets given by the HOD, with the required manpower to do so.
Maintaining/controlling the bobbin stock.
Supplying bobbin to weaving department as per requisition given by them.
Ensuring that production is cost effective by ways such as, but not limited to:
Directing manpower and answering general queries
Utilizing machinery, manpower and materials efficiently
Ensuring safety and cleanliness of the department.

Required Competencies
Minimum 2 years of experience in polymer processing industry in Raffia Extrusion (Tape Plant).
Demonstrated abilities in achieving cost savings across assignments, minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with minimum manpower.
Keen planner with expertise in planning & controlling the production operations as per the capacity available. 

Qualification
DME/CIPET (Diploma in Plastic Technology)/Working knowledge of similar industries
Preferred University
All NITs, Mumbai, Gujarat, Nagpur, DAVV (Indore)
