Involved in designing of Jigs, Fixtures and Gauges in Tool room by using Autocad and Catia, for manufacturing and inspection of Alternator, Starter and wiper motor components used in cars.
Making of process planning and progress chart, selection of materials, Preparation of bill of materials, estimation and costing of my project.
In charge of 5S activities in Tool room area. Member of Quality Circle, and Kaizen team for solving quality related problems and improvements.
