Day to day planning of production activities and ensure budgeted Production targets are achieved in terms of Quantity and Quality and time lines for the assigned section.
To ensure work allocation in shifts and ensure that shift personnel are fully complying with the duties. Critical review and necessary action in shift operations.
Co-ordination between shifts and ensure all the relevant documents are filled as per standard operating procedures / protocols validated procedures.
Preparation of documents and production reports pertaining to change control deviation control validation protocol and re-qualification protocols.
Training and motivation of new incumbents and manpower handling
Concern for safety health & Environment and strict enforcement of safety norms.
