Working knowledge of Blown Film Extruder, Melt Flow Index (MFI Testing),% Carbon Black Content apparatus, Filter Index (Screen Test), Specific gravity of black master batch product.
Doing a testing of CPER (Competitor Product Evaluation Report).
Maintain all Raw Material Stock regarding to Black Master batch Lab Testing.
Testing all Raw Material like Different grade of Polymer, Different grade of Carbon Black, different additives.
Maintain All ISO document related to Lab Testing.

Taking vocational training in a “Indian Farmer Fertilizer Co-Operative Limited (IFFCO), Kalol Unit”.

NYLON-6 PLANT:-
M/S Inventa Fischer AG of Switzerland supplied nylon-6 technology. The Distributed Control System (DCS) of nylon-6 plant is supplied by M/S Thermax Fuji Electric Limited (TFEEL), Japan.
The Distributed Control System (DCS) is based on WINDOS-NT (New Technology) 4.0 versions called as FOCUS-P (Fuji Open Control Universal System).
During our training we manufactured engineering and textile grade polyamide. We produced different grade of polyamide-6 like extrusion, moulding grade.
We were having batch and continuous plants. We were also having twin-screw system to produce compounded grades. We were handling therminol, heat transfer media for reactors.
I have dealed with running special machinery like dry and Wet cutting machine, spinning pump, tumble dryer, hydraulic and pneumatic conveying system etc.
