Supervise process activities of Batch production of polypropylene, glass granules. Polypropylene batches from unfilled to 40% filler and Master batches for in-house use.
Maintaining checking the accuracy of product as per specification by following standard operating procedure (SOP) with co ordination of quality department.
Checking the suitability and quality of materials during the production process if required beyond given formulation.
To maintain stock of materials and consumables and their appropriate storage during the shift.
Verifying sub-section wise process parameters and to ensure all parameters are as per batch requirements.
Suggesting Improvement in production and Reduction in wastage.
Ensure delivery of products as per customer’s requirement with standard specification.
Implement corrective and preventive actions on internal customer complaints, quality problems and any other issues.
Coordinating with internal department like Maintenance, QA, R&D, Stores.

RM checking, BLEND weight checking and ensuring proper mixing, loading.
Testing: Izod Impact, Tensile & flexural testing on UTM, MFI testing, Filler content testing, Density Testing, and HDT –VSP testing.

Inward RM testing, online material testing, granule size and moisture checking.
