Responsibilities :
Concept design of Mould using Autocad and estimation of mould cost.
Selection of steel and other std mould parts depending on the plastic part material.
Heading the Design and CAM department.
Monitoring and controlling of running cost (consumables & other miscellaneous) within the budget allocated for monthly toolroom expenditure.
Supervising the Machine shop and Mould assembly.
Witness the final blue matching and testing of all core actuations and other critical areas.
Involvement in Mould testing and execute the work up to final acceptance of mould.

Toolroom Engineer

The company is involved in manufacturing of high precision Injection Moulds, Blow Moulds, Thermoforming Tools, Pet Moulds And Extrusion Dies.
Responsibilities :
Review of Mould design and planning the mfg sequence based on available resources.
Mfr all the parts of mould as per manufacturing routing/plan and ensure the parts mfd as per design.
Inspection of jobs after conclusion of each operation.
Ensure Blue matching of parting line, side cores, other mating parts and shut off areas.
Assembly and preparation of mould for trials after confirming the proper functioning of cooling lines, hydraulic actuations, ejection system and other critical areas.
Inhouse Trials, trouble shooting and modifications till the part is accepted for manufacturing commissioning of moulds at customer site to commence production.
