The three dimensional model of the part has been developed using Unigraphics software.
The part weight for plastic material is calculated approximately by considering Pa66 with 15-30% GF material.(because the plastic material required for this component is not specified by the customer)
The approximate weight on the part is estimated as 13.64g against the part weight of metal 82g. (1/6 th of metal)
