Job Description :-
Familiar with Injection & Blow moulds and machines and preventive maintenance of moulds & machine.
Independently - manage Injection of PET preforms / bottle caps and manage blowing of PET bottles.
Set up machine parameters to produce the optimum quality products.
Ensure quality production targets are achieved by constantly monitoring the machine,
Process and minimize wastage, non-conformance.
Ensure quality products manufactured meet product specification.
Ensure all maintenance, cleanings and parameter changes are properly documented.
Followed FDA, Military and AMD rules and regulations.
Confirming that GMP policy, hygiene and housekeeping practices are followed, carried out and maintained within the department during the shift.
Followed GMP, standard operating procedures ( SOPs) of the filler & machine.
Followed the safety procedures as set down in the manufacturer’s manual for the filler & machine.
Coordinate and perform scheduled weekly preventative maintenance for machine as well as auxiliaries according to appropriate equipment manuals and SOP.
Ensure all preventative maintenance is properly documented.
Report any violation of the SOP or health and safety procedures to management immediately.
Perform other duties as directed by Management.
To attend all health & safety meetings.
Endorsing all activity development of the shift to the incoming next shift reliever highlighting the critical areas and changes made.
