Job Profile:
Responsible for the over-all performance of Injection molding Section’s Production Goal, efficiency, machine utilization, wastages, rejections and machine condition
To prepare the production plan and schedules for Sale Orders received from Sales using Production Activity Control Software taking into consideration delivery dates specified for each order, checking and reviewing process capability based on machines loading, maintenance, manpower and availability of raw materials. 
To prepare Bill of Materials, making sure that the item codes and descriptions are clear and agreed on by the other departments so that the proper feasibility of the product can be done by the Finance. 
To assist Production Manager in the areas for improvements such as processing and cost savings. 
Supervise all the operators and schedule helpers wherever needed for packing, printing and other work
To analyze the cause(s) of breakdowns and delays in the production and highlight them to production planning team to make necessary corrective action recommendations.
Keep records of production activities and production sheet. Arrange the safety & hygiene for employees / prod. Qualities & ensures house keeping on the factory floor. 
Machines which kept oiled cleaned and greased. Injection moulds inspected and checked everyday to avoid any unnecessary Break downs. 
Daily checking of the machine production output Try to increase in the production output by coordinating with maintenance department.
Always checking the production improving a better Quality for customer satisfactions. 
Time to time coordination with mould maintenance team 
Control the unnecessary scrap from machine out put & to reduce rejection from machine
