Planning and organizing production & mould change schedule & Re-negotiation as necessary.
Assessing resources requirements.
To coordinate with the store department for storing handling and delivery of raw material and finished products.
Overseeing production processes.
New mould & material trail and give feedback to Quality department.
Identify the root causes of problems and to solve it by Root cause analysis.
