Job Profile:
Manage Factory which consists of 2 Chemical Plants manufacturing 5 products, Boiler House, Effluent Treatment Plant and Triple Effect Evaporator Plant. Manage a workforce of 40 to 60 people per shift.
Perform process engineering studies and calculations related to air cooler sizing, line sizing, compressors, pumps, control valves, shell and tube heat exchangers, flow meter, pressure drop in pipes, steam consumption, percentage flooding and pressure drop in Packed Fractionators etc. 
Assist the Project Manager and Production Manager to assess the safety requirements of the Factory.
Carryout safety training for employees.
Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis and implement corrective actions.
Document near miss incidents and accidents.
Optimize production by analysing processes.
Adhere to SOP and implement safe work practices and procedures.
Manpower management and training of workers.
Schedule and supervise the maintenance of plant equipment.
Work Order Permit issuing and Allocate jobs to Mechanical Department and Electrical Department.
To monitor and control the critical operating parameters of the plant.
Documentation of production activities and analyse data provided by Quality Department.

Coordinate and execute maintenance and construction activities associated with the
