In this project, it is planned to design and manufacturing mould for nylon bush.
It is planned to design a two impression two plate injection mould of semi automatic types.
It is planned to reduce the product cost & also to increase the life of the product.
We used material “Nylon” Because it is strong, tough & of light in weight it has a good abrasion resistance & resistance to chemicals, fuels & oils.
This product already exists in the market but we are re designing this product by reducing the cost of product & also increasing the feature of product.
