Responsibilities QC Supervisor:
Reporting to the QHSE Manager.
Maintaining ISO 9001:2008 with in the company & getting certification Approval.
Controlling / reviewing the documents for HDPE/uPVC/FC as per Quality Management System.
Organizing and conducting external audits for international standards like BSI, Factory Mutuals.
Controlling and Supporting the Quality Control Inspectors/ Lab Technicians.
To Audit process / system control.
Organize and conduct Third Party Inspections.
Organize and conduct qualification/Type tests for qualifying the product.
Ensure that all products being supplied to the customers are in compliance with the relevant specification.
