Plan daily priority work according to available manpower and other resources.

Perform test of finish products like:- Shrinkage test, pendulum tensile Impact strength test, 
tensile strength test, elongation test, roughness test, opacity test, dart impact test, density test, vicat softening point (VSP)test, thermoforming test, gloss test, etc.
Give online decision regarding the quality of the material, whenever required.
Conduct online trials to verify the positive or negative impact of new raw material.
Conduct monthly joint meeting of quality, production and maintenance department for analysis of customer complaint and there proper root cause and solution.
Also work as a technical advisor both for production and quality.
