Title: Effect of Semi-reinforcing Filler and Extender on Mooney Viscosity and Rheological Properties of Nitrile - Butadiene Rubber.
Semi-reinforcing filler and extender if omitted from standard rubber compound, then it impacts on its Mooney viscosity.
As well as it impacts on Rheological properties.
We can get their compounding behavior.
As viscosity increases,thixotropy value of standard rubber increases.
If we got perfect viscosity values then the troubleshooting during moulding can be removed.
