Job Profile:
Monitoring and Handle overall activity of Permeation as well Mechanical LAB.
Maintaining Permeation Testing (Water Vapour & Oxygen Transmission Rate) of Packaging materials like Film, Laminates, Bottles, Blisters & Pharmaceutical samples etc. as per standards and specifications which is only Lab in Asia with a Largest scope of Permeation Testing & having NABL Accreditation.
Operated GC, SIV (Solution Intrinsic Viscosity), Karl Fischer Moisture Analyzer & physical or mechanical properties such as Heat Seal Strength, Bond strength, Tensile & Elongation, Co-efficient of Friction, Hot Tack Test, Leak Test, Burst & Pressure Decay of plastics and packaging samples.

Institutional Activity
Industrial Training:
I had industrial training in “Reliance Industry Ltd. for 6 weeks regarding testing where I had handled various instruments in LAB such as Melt Flow Index (MFI), Flexural, Tensile (UTM), Izod Impact Test, DSC, TGA, DMA, DTA, WVTR, OTR etc. and Injection Molding, Blown Molding, Extrusion machines etc. in processing area.

Project Done In Master Degree 
I  had worked on Blending process of 2 totally different  polymer materials to get both material’s properties Like: 
Summary: Blending of EGG Shell in Fine Powder form in to LDPE with the different proportions (10:90, 15:85, 20:80, 25:75, 30:70).
Conclusion: As % of EGG Shell Increases the Flexibility of LDPE Decreases (I.e. Harden the material), Brittleness get increases, Surface properties get more fair, water absorption properties get decreases (so in future we can use these type of material in marine articles).
In further Research we had found the Environmental friendly Plastics from wastage.
