Quality Control: find the Properties of Raw materials, Process product materials, Final Product and set it.
Quality Control: testing of incoming Raw materials like glass fiber, Resin, Catalyst & Hardner, Pigment, Fillers, Additives and other materials as IS standard and specification.
In Process product testing like Mechanical, Physical, fire retardant and other properties as per IS, BS, ASTM Standard and our standard & Specification to control the quality and properties of product.
Finish Product testing like Mechanical, Physical, fire retardant, Chemical and other properties as per IS, BS, ASTM standard and Specification.
Now work on new product development and set for Resin formulation (with filler, pigment, Catalyst,

Nanoclays (Kaolin), Surface Modified Clays, Starch coated clays and also that application.
Applications of clays product in paper coating use K-Controller Coater Machine to coat clays (coating slip solution) on paper and use paper filling for Hand Sheet former Installed machine.
Working with Instrumentation for Characterizations that is XRD,XRF, Brook field Viscometer, Particle size analyzer, GE Brightness meter, Hercules Hi shear viscometer, Abrasive testing Machine, Gloss meter, Moisture analyzer and etc.
Bleaching Process (process technique)to study the raw materials of clay to remove the Iron and other
impurities by dosage to bleaching process.
Studied the impact of different dispersant in the kneading of clay and identified various potential dispersant sodium and ammonium base.
Matrix analyzing of clays to study the different color and composition of clays to find properties and final product composition.
Chemicals and Mineralogical Analysis :- The Chemical constituent clay Si, Al, Fe, Ti, Na, Ca, Mg, Cl, SO4 etc and other minerals are analysis by Wet Chemicals and Instrumentation technique.

Also study the different type of inorganic materials to comparison of our clays product.

Use this clays in water purification and filler in polymer.
