Responsibility in Production :
Set up the production system in the plant such as production logging system,
downtime recording system, wastage and defect logging system.
Responsible for man, material availability and allocation.
Responsibilities for meeting the production targets, plan compliance, quality targets, wastage target on daily basis.
Develop and lead the improvement plans in the shop floor as per TPM roadmap.
Responsible for safety of the people in the plant, create safety awareness among people.
Responsible for workmen in the plant and ensuring harmonious industrial relations.
Responsible for co-coordinating with all the departments in the factory to ensure resource availability for plant.
Working knowledge of independent handling of shift production, including managing of direct and indirect employees. Team working and coordinating with colleagues and superiors for manpower, raw and packing materials to achieve production plans.
To develop inter - personal relationships and maintaining a good rapport with shift workmen.
To motivate employees to achieve high output levels while maintain safety and quality norms.
